Assemblyman Tri Ta has recently highlighted several community and educational events in a series of posts on his social media account.

On February 19, 2026, Assemblyman Tri Ta announced his participation in an upcoming local celebration: “Looking forward to joining friends and neighbors this Saturday at the annual Tet Parade as we celebrate the Year of the Fire Horse. Opening ceremony begins at 8:30 AM, with the parade kicking off at 9:30 AM.”

Later that day, he recognized an educational leader in his district: “Congratulations to Dr. Gabriela Mafi, the 2026 Woman of the Year for the 70th Assembly District. As Superintendent of Garden Grove Unified School District, Dr. Mafi has led the district to both statewide and national recognition for academic achievement as it celebrates its 60th”.

On February 20, Assemblyman Ta reflected on his engagement with emerging public service professionals: “Earlier this week, I had the opportunity to speak with the 2026 cohort of Assembly Fellows. This outstanding program plays a vital role in preparing the next generation of leaders by equipping them with the tools, experience, and perspective needed for success in public service.”

Tri Ta serves as a member of California’s State Assembly representing District 70, which includes portions of Orange County such as Westminster and Garden Grove.
