He wrote: “It was a beautiful morning with Sylvia Mendez and members of the Mendez family celebrating the grand opening of the Mendez Freedom Trail on Hoover Street in Westminster. When I was Mayor of Westminster, thanks to funding secured by Senator Tom Umberg, my city council colleagues https://t.co/nRLTYveq4M”.
