Walong Marketing, Inc. in Buena Park was issued one citation by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) during a Feb. 13 inspection for Foodborne Biological Hazards, according to information posted on the FDA’s website.
FDA records state the citation was due to: ‘You do not have a written HACCP plan that outlines controls for a food safety hazard that is reasonably likely to occur.’
The FDA conducts regular inspections of facilities throughout the country to check whether workplaces and their products comply with FDA-regulated laws and policies aimed at protecting public health. Results of these inspections are made publicly available.
