On Sunday, April 27, former Ocean View High School standout Thomas Williams’ current college team, the UTRGV Vaqueros, won 5-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the McNeese State Cowboys.
The game took place at UTRGV Baseball Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Cowboys this season.
The Vaqueros’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 29 at 6 p.m. at Dan Law Field at Rip Griffin Park against Texas Tech Red Raiders.
