On Saturday, April 19, former Los Alamitos High School standout Sophia Nugent’s current college team, the Tennessee Lady Volunteers, won 4-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Auburn Tigers.
The game took place at Sherri Parker Lee Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Tigers this season.
The Lady Volunteers’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, May 1 at 5 p.m. at Sherri Parker Lee Stadium against Texas A&M Aggies.
