On Saturday, April 26, former Cypress High School standout Abbrie Covarrubias’ current college team, the USC Trojans, won 6-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Minnesota Golden Gophers.

The game took place at Siebert Field. This was their second matchup against the Golden Gophers this season.

The Trojans’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 27 at 1 p.m. at Siebert Field against Minnesota Golden Gophers.
