On Sunday, March 16, former Huntington Beach High School standout Shelbi Ortiz’s current college team, the Utah Utes, lost 3-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Arizona Wildcats.
The game took place at Rita Hillenbrand Memorial Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Wildcats this season.
The Utes’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 6 p.m. at Rocky Johnson Field against Texas Tech Lady Raiders.
