Three professional licenses were issued in zip code 92708 during 2019, according to California’s Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA). In the previous year, there were two licenses issued, marking a 50 percent increase year over year.

Zip code 90621 had the most professional licenses issued in the coverage area with five.
