There were no new teachers in Huntington Beach who signed the pledge in week ending Nov. 27, according to an online pledge from the Zinn Education Project.
Critical Race Theory will be taught by two teachers in Huntington Beach who’ve signed an online pledge from the Zinn Education Project by the week ending Nov. 13.
The four bedroom, two bathroom home at 6232 Bannock Road, Westminster was sold on Nov. 30 by Michael and Dawn Ricker for $960,000. The buyer was Vinh Nguyen.
On Nov. 30, Paul KO and Grace J KO purchased a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 6801 Seabrook Way, Cypress from Robert A. and Mary M. Becker for $795,000.
On Nov. 30, Patricia P. Gibbs (trustee) sold their four bedroom, two bathroom home at 6172 Acacia Ave., Garden Grove to Dominic Kevin Corrales and Rochelle Santacruz for $980,000.
The three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 1015 Main St., Huntington Beach was sold on Nov. 30 by Katherine M. Fairchild (trustee) for $1,200,000. The buyers were Nguyen Kim-Tan and Peter Ton.
The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1005 Coastline Drive, Seal Beach was sold on Nov. 30 by Cheryll L. Rehling (trustee) for $1,875,000. The buyers were Lucille M. Weissenberger (trustee), Lucille M. Weissenberger (trust) and Timothy and Lucille Weissenberger Family Trust.
The commercial property at 11551 Markon Drive, Garden Grove was sold on Nov. 30 by Frank T. Brown (trustee) for $8,842,500. The buyers were Chieu Van Le and Yen Ngoc Quach.
